When you place your order on the website, choose one of the following delivery options:
1. Fast delivery via Israel Post (registered express up to 50 grams) at a cost of 28 NIS – address you entered on the order page. Delivery times for deliveries as delivered from Israel Post are 4 business days. Delivery is intended for packages up to 50 grams.
Information and weight of the package costs about 50 grams. The goods will be sent to you by registered mail + confirmation of delivery – delivery time 4-7 business days.
What and it will not be possible to provide you with the delivery We will contact you via email / phone that you left in the order process and make sure you get a full credit.
2. Express delivery with a courier to the house Delivery to the house – 48 hours courier mail – 55 NIS or free for purchases over NIS 499 – directly from the central warehouse in Tel Aviv.
All orders received on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and placed until 15:30 will be delivered for example the next morning.
Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered for distribution on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered for distribution on Sunday.
3. Self-collection at no cost – collection of the product independently from one at a distribution point in Givatayim. Will the order you placed be ready for collection, I received a message via SMS and email. If you have not yet received an advance notice by SMS or email, it means that the order is not yet ready to be picked up. Delivery times for self-collection will be within 2 business days from the moment you receive the notification that the order is ready for collection, you will have two weeks to collect the order. Self-collection can be made for orders of 80 NIS or more.

* During special holidays and sales days, delivery times change and will be updated when ordering on the website
* There may be products of a different supply nature such as pre-sale products and the information which is detailed on the product pages is the determining factor.
* Our network makes the exhausts at delivery times as they are at the time of ordering, in case of delay, we will update the information and make sure to find alternative solutions to shorten waiting times
